I bought this a month ago. It was easy to set up and quickly reduced the humidity level in my basement. The pump feature is also very nice so I don't have to empty the bucket all the time.

I purchased the dehumidifier to keep my new furnace dry. I no longer see any condensation on the furnace or ductwork.

This has been running for a couple of weeks and it is working well. I started without the pump and the tank filled every 6 hours. I then installed the hose and turned on the pump. When I'm in the basement I can occasionally hear the water flowing into the drain. It keeps going with attention from me.
