I bought this about 3 weeks ago from a second party vendor. It arrived with a damaged center grate. I tried to contact Frigidaire but because of the Covid 19 crisis hold times were very long. After a couple of long holds I decided to call as soon as the call center opened. My call was answered within a few minutes, and after stating my problem the service person said he would ship out a replacement part right away. I recieved immediate confirmation of shipment. Wonderful customer support. I'm extreme ly happy.

Love the cook top my family. And friends love it more than I do needed it bad

I like the stainless steel and it is easy to clean . The middle burner does a good job bringing water to a boil. The grates feel solid but they seem to hold the pot a little high above the flame (except for the middle burner which has a taller flame). Seems like I lose a little power that way. All in all a good value for a budget cooktop.
