This is a very nice AC, it works well. The only issue I have is that putting on the side panels was made unnecessarily difficult. It's a 2-person task, as you must remove the front panel of the AC and remove the AC unit itself. The unit is heavy, and it will take 2 people to slide it out. The pictures in the installation guide are easier to follow than the actual wording. After you get the side panels installed the unit placed in the window and the front panel reattached the unit works well.

So far so good, ac is super quiet and gets very cold.Takes no time at all to cool the condo.

Intimidated at first at the prospect of installing a heavy window AC unit , it turned out remarkable simple and quick following the written instructions . It is still cool enough so we haven't used the AC , so no comment on the efficiency and noise level .
