I bought this AC/Heater unit to replace the old AC unit and maintain enough heat in the house during the winter months to keep my pipes from freezing when I am away on business. My entire house stays cool and the unit produces enough emergency heat to warm the ambient temperature when needed. Excellent price and performance. This is the first window unit I have ever used and it cools my 800 sqft house easily.

We had a extended warranty on our old A/C and in June service person came out to repair and after four attempts to repair it it was deemed by tech / Frigidaire as unrepairable. We were then sent a new replacement unit but it was damaged during shipment so a second unit was sent and delivered in perfect condition. So after three months we are happy and cool in Texas.

We bought this AC unit a month ago. We have seen hot and humid weather in Minnesota this summer. This unit does a wonderful job of keeping us comfortable. It was very easy to install. We are also looking forward to using the heat setting to jump start warming the house when the weather turns cool this Fall! What a great feature!
