I bought this 6 weeks ago, replaced an older model. Best investment I ever made. Customer service was excellent when I need information on the older model and the replacement unit, which fit perfectly into the wall slot.
Low noise, great cooling and heating functions.

I have been looking for unit to replace my 20 year old Whirlpool heat and AC with little luck. My HVAC guy found this one and it has proven to be even better than the old one.
