Our basement refrigerator lasted a long time, but then it went. We needed a reasonable sized refrigerator that would occupy a fairly small space in my basement tool area next to a small cabinet-sized freezer. We also wanted it to include a good freezer space to complement the freezer. It was perfect, and the delivery people installed it, then took away the old defunct refrigerator for a nominal fee.
