First of all, I love having two ovens, and this design meets that desire in spades. That being said here are my observations:
A) the glass top is too glossy, with very little to break up the black surface. This means that ANYTHING shows up as a mess.
B) one MUST use oven MITTs, not just pot holders, to remove stuff from both oven, otherwise you have to be extra careful not to get burned.
C) a "necessary evil" of this type of design is that you must stoop down more than with conventional ovens in order to place stuff in the lower oven. In fact, I got on my knees to place two pumpkin pies in the bottom oven to make sure I didn't spill the filling. This is not an issue now, but may be when I'm in my 70's!
D) both ovens work well for cooking, and I haven't had to modify cooking times to compensate for any deficiencies.
E) the controls took a little getting used to, and I'm still not sure about the "bake time" setting -- it seems to shut off the oven at the end, so I just use the main timer and the timer on the microwave to time the two ovens when I use them.

I absolutely love the convenience of having two ovens. Baking all our Christmas cookies this year was so much easier, and our Christmas dinner with multiple dishes needing different temps was the easiest ever. The surface burners work great, the double ones cook things extra fast. The only downside is the surface is kind of a pain to clean but you get that with all of these flat tops.
