oneven cooking

Have had this range for just over one year now and it only worked as it should for about 4 months. I had to replace both door seals, and it still doesn't cook evenly. Example: making cookies on a cookie sheet. Place them in the oven and one half of the pan will be burnt to a crisp and the other half isn't even baked yet. Same goes for muffins, baked chicken, really anything you need to put in an oven to cook will be half burnt and half uncooked. Only way around it is to constantly rotate whatever you are cooking. I have had 3 different repairmen look at it and they say there is nothing they can do to fix it. Burners flame is even on both sides and the flame looks correct to them. I have placed a thermostat in the oven and it reads hotter on one side than the other. I will say after replacing the door seals the lower oven worked like it should for about 2-3 months then started doing the same thing again. The door seals never fixed the upper oven.
