The full model number is FGMV174KFC - however searching your website it says the model number does not exist!! It's clearly printed on the microwave in our kitchen so how can it not be in your database?? This is discontinued, what replaced it?

I bought this microwaveable convection oven three years ago when my stove broke on Thanksgiving Day. Now the the top of the panel has pulled from the units Appears to be plastic and the tip has somehow broken off inside. The convection only cooks on one side of the oven. I am not sure I can celebrate this brand any longer.

Microwave was installed in the house when I bought it along with the entire line of frigidaire gallery products. Microwave suddenly quit today after 4 years. Looks like I'll have to go somewhere else to find a replacement to last awhile longer.
