we've had ours about 3 yrs no problems so far except I was very mad one day and slamed the door to hard and broke 2 of the door compartments that snap in and i'm having trouble finding replacement parts

Nice looking but the freezer door does not close well, I find it stuck open quite a bit. I'm really disappointed that there was no egg holder, REALLY!!!

We inherited this with a house we purchased. The unit is only ~6 years old or so, but it has leaks, an extremely loud ice machine that can't decide whether to give you crushed, half-moon, or a mix, regardless of which button you push, freezer burn (regardless of the freezer temp), and now another one of the motors is going out, by becoming extremely loud and shutting off intermittently. We had a technician examine it and find that one motor is broken completely and another needs to be repaired or replaced as well. One motor was replaced a few years ago, and the other problems have been going for at least three or four years, according to our sellers. That's an exceptionally poor appliance.
