I have had several portable dishwashers, but this is my first 18 inch model. I like the stainless steel tub and the space saving size but it is pretty limited as to how much can be loaded at one time. Most pots and large pans won't fit or must be washed one at a time. I had trouble right away with water flow through the attachment to the faucet. I had to remove the screen which makes the water come out of the faucet a little unpredictable but the flow is now unimpeded. Dishes come out very clean. Machine is fairly quiet compared to other models. I think it is a bit over priced but if it holds up over the long run I will be very happy with it.

The dishwasher we are referring to is an 18" portable. After 4 months of owning this dishwasher, the particle board top surface started to deteriorate from moisture coming out of front vent. We tried to get a new top 6 times & they either sent the wrong part or the part was damaged. Some were damaged in shipping, due to poor packing in a box that was way too large for the top. Customer service, for the most part, was very relate-able. The parts department, on the other hand, was not. Now the supervisor is trying to find out if the top is actually deteriorated enough to replace under warranty. The top is not made of a material that can stand moisture. Bad design!!!!!!!! The other brands on the market today, all have the same top because they are all made by the same company. There is one made in Canada, at a much lower price, but that looks like a disposable one. Service could also be a problem there. After many hours on the phone on hold, waiting for an answer, I'm about ready to put it on the curb & wash dishes the old fashion way. Hope this helps.
