I bought the basic model because, well, I just use it for defrosting, reheating, and frozen veggies. My criteria included a handle (not a push-to-open button) and a 30-second button. This has both. I've been using it for a year with non issue. The worst think is that it is made of shiney plastic. The picture makes it look like matte finish which it is not.

I just love my frigidaire microwave oven. It has everything I could ever dream of for controls. It's easy to run, and works to perfection. I especially love that it has the major controls that I would always look for in a microwave for shortcuts, but it even has a couple more I didn't expect. I will never look at any other brand now that I've found my frigidaire.
