We purchased this unit to put in the basement of a home we purchased a year ago to dry it out while we went away for a week. The basement had become SO humid and smelly. THIS unit did the job. Dried the basement out and it smells so much nicer. It is rather quiet for the amount of work it does and is easy to operate and maintain. Thank you GE!!!!
