What a shame this a.c is nice looking and works well, but when i received it there was damage. The box had a slight dent in it nothing major but when i opened the box i found the side near the front grill was crushed. I called and was compensated for the damage that being said i love the unit itself quiet efficient and sleek looking good value.

We have a 1200 sq ft home, put one in each side of the house and it cools it down with no issues. Not too loud, and really fast to work. Very pleased with the product. During a heat wave, lowered the temp from 86 to about 70 degrees in a little over an hour.
