We bought this unit for the first floor in our house. I am very satisfied with it. It was easy to assembly and install. Our living space and kitchen are open (roughly 850 sq ft), it keeps both cool and at the temp that is set on the thermostat. It's also surprisingly quiet for such a big unit. I highly recommend this product.
