I wanted a unit that had a slide-out chassis and this one was the only one still available at a reasonable price. I installed it in a concrete block wall so the slide-out chassis is a big plus that prevents having to break the wall installation, sealing and finishing. After installing the unit I was very pleased with the quiet operation, and it cooled the 250 sqft. room quickly, considering it was 90 degrees outside. I happened to check the amps with my clamp-on meter and I was very happy to see that the AC draws less current than is stated in the specs... this means more savings... WOW, that's amazing. I'm a very happy camper!
