I ordered this product for a apartment I own. I found the instructions in the box, and was surprised how easy it was to follow the directions. They were put out with illustrations that I was able to understand. Once I completed putting in all the screw and sticky insulation and making sure I did everything that was needed, I plugged it in, and it ran like a dream. More quiet than I assumed, which made my choice of A/C a good one. Always had good luck with GE products, I'm sure I'll be purchasing more in the future. Love the SMARTHQ APP.
