This is the best window air conditioner we've ever purchased in our lives. in the past we have gotten several other brands but this is by far the best. It does a great job keeping our large bedroom room at the right temperature and it is very quiet. There's no other air conditioner we have every button that's been as quiet as this one thank you so much for designing this air conditioner to do so well

This AC is the best unit I have ever purchased.You can hardly hear it running. Just ordered a second one for the family room.
