The A/C unit is very quiet, and cools very well. Since it is being used in a conference room, the quiet feature is very helpful.

Works well and low energy. I needed a specific model that would fit in wall box of my apartment . My local store, Wickford Appliance had the model, i picked it up and my son installed. It fit perfectly and very cost effective.
