Just got this AC last week and I am enjoying my studio being finally cold. Just trying to figure out how to program the timer. But up to now no complaints.

We live in an apartment with wall sleeves designed to fit these GE air conditioners. The AC unit we had was quite old. We picked it up and installed it ourselves since we bought this during the Covid-19 epidemic and they didn't deliver. The unit fit in the sleeve like a glove. Instructions were very clear. The only hitch was that we had to replace the outlet since this model had a newer version of plug in. A friend with knowledge of electrical installations walked us through it via texts. We are now nice and cool. The fan on the unit is a bit loud but SO much better than the rattling noises of the old one. We are quite happy!
