Love this dishwasher! Love the small top (3rd) rack for smaller things and the option to run the bottle jets. Best thing of all is how quiet it is. We weren't sure it was even running at first. :)

I love this dish washer, however a few weeks ago it had just stopped working and it worked a few times with turning the breaker on and off. I got on here and seen a lot of other people having similar issues and said it was the main control board. Earlier today I mentioned to my husband to double check the wiring to make sure one did t come loose. He didn't think it was but did it and I was right. Just a thought before replacing the control board or getting a new dishwasher. Check the main wiring for power to the dishwasher but make sure to turn the circuit breaker off first lol.

Machine cleans well, but I'm waiting for it to die. Based on the many, many accounts of random power to the lights accompanied by the beep that indicates it's on, which for most is followed by complete failure, there is clearly a serious defect in this machine. I now have the first symptom--lights come on for no reason--and I suspect it won't be long before it stops working altogether. Many users have reported you can cut the power to it and restore it (most people use the breaker) and it will work for awhile, but ultimately the board has to be replaced, and then the problem usually returns. I'll update if/when it dies, which I suspect will happen soon. Why GE hasn't addressed this problem is beyond me. If the dishwasher was a car, it definitely would've been recalled.
