Everything falls out of the freezer because it is too small and poorly designed. The water and ice maker both froze and I had to buy a heater for my freezer door. How dumb is that! That was a year ago. The refrigerator side is way to small and I have to jam everything into it. Can't hold large trays of things. This was a terrible choice and I wish I had not purchased it. Now the freezer and refrigerator temperatures are rising a degree every half hour. Which mean I will have to call a repair man again! ugh - I'm almost hoping that it breaks completely so I can replace it for good.

Purchased this refrigerator in 2011 or 2012 and I've disliked it ever since. I should have paid more attention to the cubic sq ft, but it barley fits a gallon of milk. I've had to change my grocery shopping habits AND purchase an extra stand alone freezer because the size is so inadequate. We are a 3 person household - this might work for a single person - but not a couple or a family. The freezer is useless, everything falls out. Now, after all these years the waterline is frozen. Reading other comments regarding the waterline, I think I'll just start saving for another fridge - this one is not worth repair.

I purchased my refrigerator 4 years ago and loved it. However, since that time the reservoir has cracked (filling the bottom of my fridge with water), the water dispenser line has frozen and I am unable to use it and the ice make line has frozen so there is no ice. The reason for this is not enough insulation in the freezer door ( and I am being told that I must pay for a new door although it is obviously faulty). I will never buy a GE product again!!
