This item does not get dishes clean unless they are 100 percent pre-rinsed prior to going into the dishwasher. Even then, I must use the "Hot Start" option or the dishes will come out with food stuck on them. I would not buy this washer if I had to do it again. It will not save you money.

I prewash my dishes, fill both cups full of soap, space out the dishes, and run it on hot. The dishes don't get clean. I had a service tech come out, and nothing was wrong. He said it doesn't have as many jets as a more expensive model. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY:(
