I've had this model for 12 years and it's been wonderful. I used to roast & convection features constantly. Today the dial just stopped working. I'll start with customer service. I hate to change this one out.

Loved this microwave. Purchased in 2008 and it just stopped working this year. We tried replacing the fuse but it didn't work. We now need to replace it. Do you know of a newer model that would be the same stainless steel color as this model?

I love the convection oven so much that I don't have to use my regular oven anymore. The microwave has alot of power so cooking is quick. I don't know what I'd do without it. Saves me so much time in the kitchen.
