The new unit seems to be working fine. What upsets me is that the old one was a little over a year old and quit working. We purchased the entire kitchen set as well as a washer and dryer. Microwave died and the dishwasher has had issues the entire time. A repair man has been out several times and I even replaced the control panel. Same issue. Sometimes it won't start and other times it stop mid cycle…….

I bought this a month ago and its power is so low I now have to set the timer at double of what I used with my old microwave. Also, the frame costs more than the microwave itself. I do not recommend this microwave.

I bought this 4 months ago and I hate it! Most mw's have express cook, (press 2 get 2 min on high) with this one you have to press 200 then start. Four key strokes when one would do. Not hard just annoying. Also start and stop are opposite every other mw I have ever used. To heat a beverage most have one button, easy. With this you have to go to auto cook, open the door to see the menu to find out which number is beverage, enter the number, select 1 or 2 then press start, (which is on the wrong side). Just a few examples of why I wish I had not purchased this microwave.
