Freezes food sometimes

We've had the frig for about 4 years and are pretty happy with the performance. Early on it did freeze food in the fridge compartment, but we rearranged the food and ensured good circulation. Biggest issue is to keep coils clean and vacuumed regularly. We have a pet that sheds and coils attract the fur as the fridge is near the dog's dishes. Once we figured that out, we clean more often and this has fixed our issue. Counter depth doesn't hold as much in the cabinet, so like most, we really try to "cram" things in, which sometimes causes the freezing issue -- its us not the fridge.
