There is everything to like about innduction cooking, fast boil & fast heating when called for. Neat for holding things warm but not continuing to cook. Cook top may warm but not to 'burning' temp = safe. Use and care book essentially covers how-to thoroly and may take a couple of reads to really understand because if it is not what one is used to. It would have been helpful to include a brief recipe sample or add better guide to which temps work for certain type of cooking i.e., simmering, medium-hi for sauteing or browning, etc instead of the trial and error method. Altho units are of different size the numbering guides for cooking temps seem of be consistent across all units. I love the top and ease of cleaning. Would have liked the unit size marking to have been more distinct, it's easy to get of center because move so easily. Warming unit and drawer are very handy, useful. I have not found convection baking or cooking in the oven to shorten the time when set to convection vs regular. Good browning and cooking for baking two racks at once with convection. I have not checked the oven with a thermometer, so maybe it needs adjustment? Meat thermometer is a bit tricky to use on small roasts and still follow instructions given. Have found if my hands are wet or slightly greasy from handling food it is difficult sometimes to get the temp settings to respond to + or - for top units. Everything considered I'm happy with my choice. I purchased quite a while before installation (about 7 months) and found after 3 months the model had been upgraded. I didn't know it was going to be that long so I'd advise not shopping so far ahead.

I have no complaints. The controls are hard to see, but I use the light under the microwave when more light is needed. I love the induction stove top!
