My poor clients have had nothing but problems with their GE PROFILE MODEL PSB42LSRBBV. The appliance repair company is making a ton of $$$ off of my elderly clients. The appliance repair company has been out 3 times in the last 7 months and replaced a capacitor, circuitry relating to temperature regulation, filters, etc. Until my clients called me for advice today, I had no idea they spent enough on repairs to purchase a brand new refrigerator. They almost called for service again because the temparture on both sides fluctuates 10-20 degrees daily. With all the work done you would think this would not happen. They were concerned because freezer goods have been defrosting before the thermostat regulator kicked in to refreeze everything. I believe we will be getting a new refridgerator for them unless the repair company doesn't charge them for yet another service call this time around. I gave them 2 stars because the refrigerator looks great in this $1 million home. It really only deserves 1 star due to performance!

This is the worst refrigerator. We had to have a door replaced years ago, hinge never has closed properly. One of the door hinge screws fell out and was all rusted. Had almost every sort in this fridge replaced a few years ago. Now it isn't cooling was told that it needs to be welded but way down too far to repair and we need to get a new one. Risilulis that we have had soo many problems with this refrigerator . So now we will have to replace. This cost way too much money to have had this many problems.
