This been an excellent microwave oven. The problem is the model number on the sticker inside the door has worn off. The sticker is there, the serial number is there, the model number is gone. I need a new door handle cause the one on the oven broke. Your parts line said without the model number they couldn't help me. The oven works fine, but because I now can't replace the handle, and you put a cheap crumby sticker on it I have to throw away an expensive oven.
