I absolutely loved this washer (and dryer that matched). I actually purchased it in 2003 and have Never had a single issue with it (until now). Unfortunately a house guest used it, I have no idea what they did, but after 20yrs it decided to only work intermittently (could just be the switch - it's my understanding that they cranked it very fast trying to get the door open before the cycle was done. Regardless, no fault of GE, and I highly recommend a product that lasts over 20yrs with not a single issue. Thanks GE!

This Model was too tall to replace the 3.1 cu.ft. under-counter model WSXH208A1WW. Please bring the under-counter model back as well as the under-counter dryer. I have to get mine rebuilt so I can keep it in my kitchen, one of the attractions of my home.

Old model purchased 2009. No problems until now Feb 2020, Bearing drum. Waiting for part. Otherwise - great washer at 3.1 cu ft for 25" depth and lots of features..Heavy duty, extra quiet. I'd love to have a 4.5 but space won't allow. All current "closet" type washers are 2.2 cu ft
