Purchased 3 years ago prior to completion of home that we built. We installed 6 months after purchase. Right after warranty expired we encountered problems. Had 2 service call over the next year. Recently stopped working. Ordered new control panel, because we still had power to unit. New control panel did not work either. Unit didn't even last 3 years. Moving on. Piece of junk.

We purchased this item because we loved the way it looked and all of its functions. Sadly, it didn't last, tried two different repair companies, no luck.
Very disappointed with the quality and reliability of this product.
Almost immediately bottom drawer failed, then entire unit failed.
I can't recommend this product to others.
Now it is sitting in our garage ready for the dump.
