I needed to buy a "through the wall A/C because I live in an apartment high rise that uses these types. I LOVE the remote control.....I can sit & adjust & not get up/down each time I need it cooler or "warmer". It also cools my apartment with the help of fans I'm able to keep my apartment cool & adjusted w/ the remote. Plus the remote is magnetic! I'm prone to losing remotes but placing it on something metal, does the trick & I always know where my remote is. I never heard of these type A/C's or this brand but it's well worth the price since most are about twice as much as the cost of this brand. Don't let an unknown brand scare you....worth the savings of the cost of other brands much higher priced

I am happy I bought this A/C right before the summer started. I cannot be without an A/C on those hot, humid days in NYC. This unit looks nice, has good features, and works the way it should by keeping me and my place ice cold making me very comfortable.

Unfortunately went through the trouble of taking down my old one. And resizing the wall for this one. Only to realize this one doesn't cool like a new one should.
