This is horrible. I'm experiencing beeping now after a power outage that I had no knowledge of until I came home on a perfect day with NO clouds or lightening.

My second wine cellar just died. I should have learned after the first one. Would not recommend. It just started beeping and display flashing. Unplugged and now will not turn on at all. Time to try a different manufacturer.

I have a very similar problem that the other reviews are talking about. The power unit seems to be out in the top half of the dual cooling. It's an easy part to replace but it looks as though the parts are not available. I think I will try a different brand.
