I had this washer for almost 6 years (if not more), it was great. When i first got it, i thought the agitator was defective due to how quiet it was. I probably should've done a little more research, because i found it is SUPPOSED to be that quiet lol. I recently sold it, now the new owners think it is broken. I had to explain to them the features of it.
