Good replacement with minimal or no attachments needed. Straight forward but need some muscle or a jack to put it in place.

I replaced my Insinkerator 5 with the Evolution and love it! It is a little bit wider than the 5 and I had to cut my hot water on/off knob down; but this is a great disposal. Very quiet and works great.......Special thanks to Joy, a consumer specialist, with my order!

this is our second insinkerator. the first lasted twelve years and was still grinding fine but having problems starting so we replaced it with another. looking forward to twelve more problem free years
