This is the first freezer I've ever owned where I can see everything in the freezer at a glance (tall and shallow and well-lit). So far, it's been great and I like having an ice bin rather than a door dispenser - particularly after having a Samsung refrigerator/freezer which I'm guessing has the worst ice maker of any manufacturer. We also love that the interior is obsidian which makes it different from every other freezer we looked at.
