There are features in this dishwasher I never knew I needed but now can't imagine doing without. The small drawer at the top for flatware is genius. Everything can be separated and becomes extra clean. It makes it a snap to unload the dishwasher and put away the flatware. Love the rack which can go up or down (have had that in previous models too). The salt dispenser is easy to fill and provides soft water making the glasses spot-free, along with the rinse aid. One of the best features is the lack of sounds when running. We had to keep checking to make sure it was working when it was first installed because you can't hear anything, even when standing right next to it.

Our old dishwasher broke a few years ago and we hadn't replaced it. So I did a lot of research on dishwasher and decided this was the best all around. We are pleased with it and the options on it.
