We purchased this refrigerator at our local appliance store and waited a few weeks before delivery. Our last refrigerator had been a floor model and only lasted 3 years. For this reason, we requested a brand new model and were willing to pay full price. So far, so good after 2 weeks. No issues with water or ice or produce getting frozen due to inefficient fan on our 4 year old Kitchen Aid side by side.
Fingers are crossed that this was a good decision. Ice is in a drawer in the bottom with a scoop, and water dispenser is inside the left upper refrigerator door for filling bottles or glasses.
Really pleased with this model ( no exterior logo) and I would recommend to others.
