i bought a whole JennAir kitchen package including the ice machine. The first ice machine that was installed had a leak and was taken back, the second one had an electrical fault. It has been 2 months now and i am still waiting for an ice machine. Should have stuck with Scotsman.

We purchased 6 Jenn Air appliances 5 years ago and have had multiple service calls on 4 of the 5 and 2 of the 6 had to be replaced. Would not recommend and extremely disappointed in Jenn Air appliances. I'm sure we won't win with this review, but wanted to share our issues!
