Top Notch product. Very quiet. The only issue I have with this unit is that setting the cooking time is a scroll - I don't care for that. Just give me a keypad. Some engineer over thinking things…

We had problems with the original oven, and the warranty was just barely over, but Jenn Air took care of everything and gave us a new oven with labor included to install and remove the old one. Very good, customer service. I would recommend Jenn-Air to all my friends.

We've had this microwave oven installed for a few weeks now and really enjoy all of the different settings and functions. We have found that it isn't as tall as our last microwave unit and a bottle of syrup no longer fits inside to warm up. That's our only downside, so far! :)
