I have owned for over 6 years and love having double ovens, it looks very high end and works like any other high end appliance without the price.

This was an upgrade to our new home. I love the range with two exceptions: The griddle is pretty worthless, takes a long time to get warm and I hesitate to use it for anything that might make a mess that cannot be cleaned up (like bacon). That being said, keeping quesadillas warm and other simple jobs are okay. I also frequently get error codes F2E1 when i am using the gas burners, but they seem to be related to the oven, which is not on at the time but needs to be "turned off" to clear the error. We have had two service calls but they could not find anything. Just wonder what Kitchenaid will say when that code results in a malfunction. My warranty expired 3 months ago.

Two years into using this range. Rarely use the griddle, but made pancakes a couple times with no issues. The range burners are great and powerful. I like the oven steam feature for reheating and have used the small oven most frequently for daily meals utilizing a small jelly roll pans more than ever before as they fit perfectly in the racks. This is an appliance for a more experienced home chef or someone who wants to be a 'Julia Child'
