I've had this range for 10 years and going. Just had one issue with the door latch, but was quickly remedied by pressing the light and pressing the self cleaning for about 10 seconds and the latch released.

Bought this for our kitchen remodel in Sep 2014. I have wanted to return to gas cooking for 22 years. I love that the cooking is gas, and the oven is electric/convection. I can still cook in a power failure even if I can't bake. Once I got the hang of the oven touch controls, it's easy and I like them. The only thing bad about that is that if I reach in a little to cook or use my over-the-range microwave, some part of me touches the controls and goes crazy with setting temps or baking times. It does stop, though, and go back to normal if you don't do anything more. I also like the warming drawer. I used it Thanksgiving. Just make sure the drawer is on high. Low doesn't keep things that warm.

I specifically bought this product because of the dual fuel feature and it has not disappointed. I love the gas stove top. It is easy to clean as well. I am still experimenting with convection cooking but so far have been quite satisfied. The only negative thus far is that it seems to take the oven longer to preheat than others I have owned in the past.
