I like this stove. It replaces my 20 yr old Kitchenaid range. The old range was getting tired and I realized this when I had to rethink how quickly the burners were up to temp and how much hotter they got. It does make more noise than the older model. My older stove had a speckled top which did not show every speck of dust and if I don't use cleaner I end up with dish cloth smears which makes keeping the cooktop look nice much harder.
