I bought this item after another oven I purchased was received damaged and I couldn't reorder it. I'm so happy this is the oven I received. So far so good! I love it! I love that it is the fingerprint resistant stainless steel and even thought I was hesitant about it I love all the features this oven has.

This is a very well designed and constructed 24" wall oven. We think it is much nicer than other 24" ovens. There have no issues with it. We read a couple of negative reviews on it, but our experience has been all positive. This is a quality oven.
