We have owned this for a year and a half now. To date we have not had one problem with it. There is more room in this fridge than any other built in model we looked at. Freezer side has the same or more room than non built ins. Ice maker has a huge ice basket in there. Literally it's like having a full bag of ice at all times. We have to turn it off occasionally to use up most of the ice for a couple of days or it turns into a block. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering a built in over the "high end" and much less space models like subzero. No thanks.

Just moved in to a house with a very open floor plan. Quiet operation and looks were important to us and this fridge is great. A bottle of water placed in the freezer is solid pretty quickly. Because it is cabinet depth, capacity is limited, but we have a second fridge in the utility room.
