Although this dishwasher has a nice look, after owning one for the past 4 years we have not been happy. Service problems, it is much nosier than expected, our utensil basket has several areas on the bottom of it that are broken out which allows our utensils fall out the bottom and a couple of the adjustable racks we have just thrown away because they don't work.

I have been disappointed with the purchase of this dishwasher. There is a set of plastic pulleys mounted on each side of door that require replacement about every 3 years because strings that connect to the springs at each side of the door wear the middle groove of the pulleys and cause a terrible harmonic noise when the door is opened or closed. Silverware racks had to be replaced after about 5 years from kids dropping silverware into the slots and the rack bottoms breaking/clogging into the hard food grinder - silverware racks should have been designed about 2 inches deeper from top slots to bottom to prevent. Additionally, dishes on the top rack often come out dirty. Now it's time to replace this dishwasher after 10 years since it's leaking. I would have expected better quality. I cannot recommend.
