We have had the product for almost one year. We love the size of the ice cubes and the rate it makes them! We thought is was slightly noisy at first but we don't even notice the noise now. I will (if needed) purchase another Kitchen Aid ice maker as long as they don't change the cube size and because we are very happy with the product.
