A prime example of nothing is as simple as it seems. It takes a while to learn the peculiarities of this oven, but it definitely turns out perfectly cooked food. But one feature drives me nuts. You can't see the readout of the temperature or time because it's underneath where you hold your finger. It would be a lot simpler to just type it in. Or at least put the control underneath the readout. Very annoying. I also don't like banging on the glass door to turn the light on. What's so hard about touching the icon??

Fairly good but some oddities:
* the clock runs fast. How does that happen in the 21st century especially for an internet connected device?
* you can't check the temperature while it cools down after use (I want to put in my proofing bread)
* sous vide and air fry are not really either
* steam cook is okay but its maintenance takes 2 hours and when it thinks it needs it, it won't do anything even if you're in the midst of a bake
* given all the other features, why not also dehydrate?
* the display is overwrought and has no simple large time display

just had it installed and haven't used it since my kitchen is still being remodeled. However it only comes with one glide out rack which seems cheap for an oven this expensive. I'm willing to buy another glide out rack but NOBODY can tell me if it's available or the part number, cost, etc. so I can order one.
