Purchased 3 years ago, pretty much flawless operation. The only niggle being the sensitivity of insta-view window light sensor. The light flashes on & off when playing music even at a moderate level. I really like the convenience of the extra door but honestly found little use for the window to view inside. I disconnected the tap sensor to stop the flashing light, there should be a sensitivity setting in the app. The craft ice proved to be a gimmick, I would rather have a 2nd regular ice maker in the freezer as the door ice has limited volume even for a 2 person household. Besides that it's a fantastic modern, efficient, nice looking fridge that works as advertised.

2 months so far. Replaced original fridge because it was NOT counter depth, so when we went with this one, everything still fits in it like before! We anticipated a loss of room, not so....due I believe because of shelf design, door option exc. // same for freezer. awesome, also love the craft ice maker, is slow but I take and put 'em in freezer bags, no problemo, I have lots of craft ice balls....however, in the middle of the night it sounds like a burglar, the cubes get like "pounded" out of mold, so a bit noisy LOL My wife and i love this fridge, and it looks SO COOL!!!

Refrigerator came with house we bought - both were 6 months old. This was a second refrigerator in a downstairs kitchenette. It's fabulous!! Love the doors, cooling, freezer space, convenience for drinks, ice dispenser, and depth. Wasn't expecting all this. For a 2nd refrigerator, it's over the top. Really pleased.
