I'VE BEEN USING MY LG RANGE FO TWO WEEKS. THE CONVECTION WORKS GREAT AS WELL AS THE OVEN. I REALLY LOVE HAVING THE OVEN DIAL TOO. THE FIVE BURNERS DELIVER EXACTLY AS THEY SHOULD. I USED THE GRIDDLE AND IT WORKED GREAT. THIS IS ONE OF MANY LG APPLIANCES I OWN. RELIABLE AND EASE OF USE

The 5 stars are for the Service agent. Very good and knowledgeable. But if I could I'd like to give 2 stars to my LG products stove and fridge. We've had too many Service calls on them both. I believe this make 2 each. The fridge is worse. If I have the chance to get another LG product, I won't.
